Crafted from 1.5 mm aluminum, the ZEGA Pro cases are both lightweight and incredibly strong. Each pannier is waterproof and dustproof, featuring precision welded seams and high-quality silicone seals for complete protection. The lid and base are welded for maximum rigidity, while replaceable protective strips and corners ensure long-term durability.

The innovative latch system allows the lid to open from either side or be removed completely, and automatic locking prevents accidental opening — even in harsh terrain. Optional keyed-alike locks can be added later without drilling or modification.

Pannier Rack

The robust pannier frame is built from 18 mm stainless steel tubing with 2 mm wall thickness and includes a bolted cross brace for extra rigidity. Mounts directly to existing attachment points using reinforced clips and brackets, requiring no modification to passenger footrests.
