Return & Refund with MotoMotto

How to Start a Return

  • Log into your MotoMotto account
  • Click “Return Order” to begin the process
  • For clearance items that arrived damaged or not as described:
  • Email info@motomotto.ca with clear photos

Return Timeframes

  • 30 days after purchase for most items
  • 7 days for:
    • Seats, Clothing, Boots, Helmets
  • Clearance / Closeout items:
    • All sales are final on clearance / closeout items
  • Holiday policy:
    • Orders made in December can be returned until January 31

Return Shipping Costs

Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Return labels available upon request

Fees (deducted from refund):

  • Small box (< 2000 in³): $14.95
  • Large box (> 2000 in³): $24.95
  • Prices are per box/envelope

Examples

  • Side case system (2 cases + rack):
    • Exchange: $75 return fee
    • Refund: $150 return fee
  • Seats:
    • Exchange: $40 return fee
    • Refund: $80 return fee

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned brand new
  • All hardware, accessories, and packaging must be included
  • Packaging must be in decent condition
  • Damaged or incomplete returns may incur up to 50% restocking fee

Defective Items

  • If inspected and found defective, no shipping fees apply
  • Must include sales receipt

Warranty Information

  • 1-year warranty on MotoMotto products (materials & workmanship)
  • MotoMotto will repair or replace at its discretion
  • No charge for parts or labor
  • Customer pays transportation costs
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Abuse, misuse, accidents
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Consequential damages
  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from MotoMotto
