The N70-2 X from Nolan is engineered for riders who want one helmet capable of handling multiple riding environments. Designed with a modular concept, it can be configured in eight different ways, allowing you to tailor the setup to your riding style.

Install or remove the protective chin guard, peak, or visor to switch between configurations depending on whether you're riding on-road, off-road, or commuting through the city.

Safety

The N70-2 X is built to meet modern safety expectations.

It complies with UN/ECE 22-06 P/J homologation, meaning it is certified for both jet (“J”) and full-face (“P”) configurations. The removable chin guard uses a dual locking system that allows it to be attached or removed safely while maintaining secure protection.

The shell is made from Lexan™ polycarbonate, engineered to absorb and disperse impact energy to help reduce the force transmitted to the rider.

Key protection features include:

• Multi-density EPS liner, optimized for different impact scenarios including speed, temperature and surface type
• Microlock² retention system for quick, secure helmet fastening
• Ultrawide scratch-resistant visor for a wide field of vision
• Vision Protection System (VPS) internal sun visor, adjustable in four positions with UV protection up to 400 nm and emergency retraction system
• Compatibility with ESS III emergency stop signal system to improve visibility during braking or low-light riding

Comfort & Fit

Ventilation and comfort play a key role in the N70-2 X design.

The helmet uses AirBooster Technology, featuring large intake vents at the top and chin area, combined with a rear exhaust port that promotes continuous airflow through the helmet.

Inside, the liner features an open mesh construction that increases ventilation across the crown of the head.

Interior materials include:

• Soft Italian polyamide recycled fabrics for durability, softness and breathability
• Reinforced polyester cheek pads designed to resist abrasion in high-wear zones

Fit and comfort adjustments include:

• Liner Positioning Control (LPC) allowing the liner to be adjusted in multiple positions for a more precise fit
• Eyewear Adaptive system designed to comfortably accommodate glasses
• Removable and washable cheek pads, with removable internal padding for personalized comfort
