Reporting to management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Participate in defining the needs and objectives of various development projects;
  
• Define technical requirements, quality criteria, and validation plans required for project completion;
  
• Develop, analyze, and present concepts throughout the development process;
  
• Oversee detailed design, technical drawings, and product validation according to established requirements;
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners involved in projects;
  
• Ensure effective project management based on timelines, resources, budgets, and technical risks;
  
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful completion of development projects.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
  
• Experience in manufacturing and product development environments;
  
• Hands-on approach, with a strong interest in prototyping, testing, and solving real-world problems;
  
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks;
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organization and attention to detail;
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  
• Strong initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions;
  
• Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).

• Developing and managing a portfolio of retail partners throughout Quebec
• Participating in industry events and seasonal pre-order campaigns
• Training partners on our exclusive Experts de la Lisse program
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional content
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience and building long-term business relationships

Desired Profile

• Experience in sales and market development
• Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written)
• Strong consultative sales and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and team-oriented
