    I bought this windshield for my F900 GS Adventure. At this time there are a limited number of aftermarket windshields for this model that offer more protection and less wind buffeting than the OEM version.

    The Touratech name is, from my experience, synonymous with higher quality parts. I was satisfied with the fitment of the windscreen to the bike. Using the accompanying spacers and screws makes the installation easy in under 20 minutes.

    However, the clarity of the windshield is less than ideal, with an almost “orange peel” visual through any part of it. It’s bad enough that a friend looking at it commented. And then there are the edges which as previously reported on here are rough.

    In the end this windshield costs less than other options, but if you’re going to purchase it be aware of its short falls.

    Functionally very good - it is taller than the stock screen enough that it makes a difference for me on the highway (I am just over 6' tall). The shape and the smoke colour also look good on the bike. The only disappointing thing was that the edges of the screen look very rough and unfinished - I have heard other people comment on the same thing, but on a premium product like Touratech I would have expected a higher quality finished edge.
