The RAM® Torque™ small rail base is the go-anywhere mounting solution when traditional mounts won’t work. Designed to clamp securely onto round rails from 3/8” to 5/8”, it’s perfect for scooter mirror rails, vehicle headrests, handlebars, and other tubular structures.

Equipped with a 1” B-size RAM® rubber ball, this base absorbs vibration while giving you near-infinite adjustability when paired with any RAM® double socket arm. Included sizing inserts and a rubber strip ensure a snug, scratch-free fit, while nylon-insert locknuts keep everything tight even in high-vibration environments.

Built from powder-coated, marine-grade aluminum, it’s ready for weather, abuse, and long miles — and backed by a lifetime warranty.
